Covering the basic techniques of watercolour, with a thorough explanation of all the materials you need. This 2 mornings course will be full of information to start you on the right foot in this beautiful, but technically challenging, medium.

We will cover - 
Understanding the paint, paper, brushes and all the other materials you need for watercolour
How to stretch paper
Key watercolour techniques - how to control and not control the paint
Colour mixing for watercolour
What you need to purchase after the course - colour palette recommendations and materials

Designed for absolute beginners or if you already paint in a different medium and haven't tried watercolour
- you do not need to know anything about painting or how to draw. If you have experience with a different type of paint, no problem!

- so no investment on your part for expensive art supplies

Multiple assignments throughout the day
- so that you have plenty of hands on experience in learning how watercolour works.
