One of my absolute favourite paintings, I met this beautiful mother dog on a beach during a holiday in the Dominican Republic. I walked an hour and half every morning for 2 weeks to see her. She was always carefully watching her puppies play with tourists. I took a million photos of her over those 2 weeks and painted her as soon as I returned to my studio.
