Two afternoons of playing with and exploring the amazing things you can do with acrylic paints, gels, mediums and grounds! Based on a workshop that I did with GOLDEN in New Orleans that was so much fun!


This workshop is designed to loosen you up and free you to experiment with all sorts of mediums and cool acrylic products, techniques and paints you don't get a chance to try - and to help you approach that blank canvas in a new and creative way.


WEEKEND CLASS - Sat and Sun afternoons, 1-4 pm

Taking away that blank canvas "what do I paint" pressure, we will first work as a group with an abstract mark-making experiment to get your creative juices running and to see what can be done with all this fun stuff. You will then create your own choice of an abstract or representational piece based on this experiment - taking home a finished 11" X 14" canvas and learning a ton of stuff along the way.

Irridescent Paint colours
Gloss and Matte Mediums
Molding Pastes and Texture Gels
Paint Markers, Paint Writers
Paint Knives and Paint Brushes
Stamps and Stencils
