FOCUS ON ANIMALS/BIRDS (IF YOU WISH)
This class continues to develop your knowledge and experience with acrylic paint, perfecting colour mixing, layering etc. You will learn about all the amazing gels and mediums that can be used with acrylics discovering the magic of these various mediums that enhance and add texture to your acrylic paintings. You will be selecting your own image to paint (your choice - students will bring in photos to work from) and be working on a 14" x 18" canvas.
This class also analyzes composition, focus and the construction of a good painting.
The suggested subject is an animal, bird, reptile, amphibian or fish - but if you prefer to paint something else that is absolutely fine.
